Description

 Fodder galega (Galega orientalis Lam.) is a promising, perennial and fast — growing forage legume, which is useful for the production of diverse grass forage. 

The galega requires a neutral, lime-rich soil. Winter hardness is good. During the sowing year, it develops very slowly, so the soil must be thoroughly prepared prior to sowing, by means of weed destruction and basic fertilization.

Galega gives full crop from the 3rd year of production. It is also characterized by early and intense reforestation in the spring, which is why the harvest is already in the first half of May. During the vegetation period, 2 to 3 meadows are given. Resistant to diseases and pests.

 Sowing rate 20-25 kg / ha.
